24oz porterhouse steak - $58
The Porterhouse Steak is cut from the short loin section of cattle. On one side of the bone, you'll find a melt-in-your-mouth filet, arguably the most tender of all high-end cuts of beef. On the other side, a firm, flavor-filled New York Strip.
Boneless Ribeye Steak -

Ribeye is one of the cuts that comes from the front part of what's called the longissimus dorsi, or loin, of the steer. Of all the high-end cuts of beef, many people feel this beautifully marbled steak is the richest, most flavorful example of USDA Prime Beef Steaks.
New York Strip -

Well marbled, full bodied and rich with beefy flavor, a New York Strip is firm and tender when it comes to texture, flavor, and fat. Cut from the shorter side of the beef loin, the muscles in this area do little work, and that spells tenderness every time.
6oz Petite Filet - $37
The Filet Mignon. Favored by many for it's melt-in-your-mouth texture, mild beef flavor, and ability to pair beautifully with delicate seafood and sauces. A filet is one of the most popular cuts of beef you can find.

Our hand beaten and battered Chicken Fried Steak is our take on a true classic. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, and a homemade peppered gravy.

This is our take on a classic. Tender, juicy chicken breast smothered in a homemade Lemon Herb Butter sauce, layered with fingerling potatoes, steamed spinach, and Portobello mushrooms. Topped with sun-dreid tomatoes.
